TL-A-003 · Disability support (NDIS)

An NDIS website that adapts to every visitor

We designed and built the website for Pristine Care, a Melbourne NDIS provider: search-ready service pages, a referral form shaped around intake, and accessibility built in.

The challenge

Pristine Care is a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider in Melbourne, delivering Positive Behaviour Support, Community Nursing, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and related disability services across Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT.

The website had three jobs at once: load fast, rank for competitive NDIS search terms, and genuinely work for the people who visit it. Many are participants, families and support coordinators, some living with cognitive, visual or motor impairments, so accessibility couldn't be a plugin added at the end. And all of it had to be live within 45 days.

How we wove it

  1. 01

    Accessibility the visitor controls

A built-in panel lets each visitor reshape the site for themselves: larger or smaller text, grayscale, high or negative contrast, a light background, underlined links and a more readable font, with one reset. It is part of the site's own code, not a third-party overlay.

  2. 02

    A page for every service

Nine services, from Positive Behaviour Support to High Intensity Supports, are generated from one structured template, each with its own title, description and headings, so each can rank on its own.

  3. 03

Referrals in the shape intake needs

The referral form asks for what a practitioner needs to begin: participant and NDIS plan details, how funding is managed, living arrangements, behaviours of concern, current restrictive practices, supporting documents and consent.

  4. 04

    Registration you can see

The NDIS registered-provider mark stays pinned on screen while visitors browse, because registration is one of the first things families and coordinators look for.

  5. 05

Clear for people and for search

Every page is pre-rendered and served from Vercel's edge. Plain-language service copy, descriptive metadata, an XML sitemap and articles on behaviour support give families and search engines the same clear map.
