Who it’s for
Founders building a SaaS
You have a validated problem and need a product that can take its first hundred customers without being rewritten for its thousandth.
Businesses outgrowing spreadsheets
Your operations run on sheets, email and memory. You need software shaped to how your business actually works.
Teams with a stalled product
The roadmap keeps slipping and every change breaks something else. You need a steady hand on the architecture.
What you get
- 01A data model and architecture you can explain on one page, and grow for years
- 02Multi-tenancy, roles, billing and audit trails done properly the first time
- 03Releases every week or two, each one demoed and deployable
- 04Code, docs and infrastructure you own outright, ready for your own team
Deliverables
- Architecture & data model
- Multi-tenant SaaS foundations
- Billing, roles & permissions
- APIs & integrations
- Admin & internal tools
- Documentation & handover
Materials
Tools we reach for first, chosen per project and never by habit.
- TypeScript
- Next.js
- Node.js
- Python
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Prisma
How we weave it
- Pass 01
Map the domain
We model your business before we model tables: the nouns, the rules, the edge cases your team handles by instinct.
- Pass 02
Set the warp
Tenancy, identity, permissions, billing and observability go in first: the structure every later feature relies on.
- Pass 03
Weave in passes
Features ship in thin, complete slices every one to two weeks, so you can use them (and change your mind) early.
- Pass 04
Harden and hand over
Load tests, security review and runbooks before launch. Then either we keep weaving, or your team takes the loom.
Questions, answered
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?
Most first releases take eight to fourteen weeks, depending on scope and integrations. We start with a two-week Discovery Sprint that ends in a fixed scope and a reliable estimate, so the number you plan around is based on your product, not a guess.
Do we own the code and IP?
Yes. All code, designs and documentation are assigned to you as work is paid for. Everything lives in your repositories and cloud accounts from day one.
Which tech stack do you use?
Our default is TypeScript end to end (Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL) because it is fast to build with and easy to hire for. We choose Python for data and AI-heavy work, and we will work within your existing stack when that is the better decision.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We begin with a short technical audit, share an honest assessment of what to keep, refactor or replace, and then improve it incrementally while it stays in production.
